The Action On The Side one-month project is BACK!

Make a short film across four weekends: Pitch | Preproduction | Production | Post Production | Screening

• Weekend 1 (March 2/3) is the Pitch & Preproduction
• Weekend 2 (March 9/10) is Production
• Weekend 3 (March 16/17) is Post Production
• Weekend 4 (March 23 or 24) is the Screening

Making a film is hard. We make it easier. Join a group of filmmakers to make a short film in just one month. Your registration fee covers the budget for the film. Work with a range of filmmakers, beginners and experienced, professionals, hobbyists, and students. You can pitch your own film idea to get it made. Develop your filmmaking skills with workshops and on-set experiences. Meet new collaborators and join our community.  

You don't have to commit to the full month - at a minimum, the preproduction weekend (where we pitch, select the film, and allocate crew roles) and the production weekend (when we shoot) are the most important.
