The back garden of an insomniac night worker's house is mysteriously in darkness during the blaring sun of summer. The exhausted woman is drawn to the peaceful night of this mystery.

THE DARKNESS WITHOUT was made as part of the Action On The Side short film production project, October 2016.

The script was selected on 01/02 October. It was shot on 08/09 October, and was completed on 30 October.
